Formerly Eminence Partnership established in 2013, headquartered in Singapore and has a representative office in Shanghai and obtained "Exempt Corporate Finance Adviser" license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

 

We actively provide multi-facet corporate investment services, particularly in China themed town development, and Initial Public Offer, re-listing of company, reverse takeover, debt-restructuring, placement and underwriting of securities, mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, and non-performing asset recovery etc., Currently, our mainly focus is on companies located in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, US and other region.
