Received tertiary education in China and Japan, obtained MBA and DBA in United States. 20 years of experience overseas, and 8 years in China. Fully appreciate corporate culture in Asia, Middle East and Western developed countries.

Including 4 real estate development projects, and managed over USD7 billion revenue for MNCs, covering business operations, risk control, revenue management and human resources etc.

 

As a consultant, helped over 5 MNCs and regional companies in establishment of Trust Funds, real estate refinancing, listing, and implemented industry-finance integration.

 

Improved the competitiveness of companies by successfully leading the acquisition and integration of 8 companies, covering both pre- and post-merger managements.

 

Extensive experience in the construction and real estate industry, involved in the entire value chain, including land development, financing, estate function design, regulations, marketing, architectural design, structure design, infrastructure design, procurement, project and construction management, real estate and hotel management.

 

Successfully led 4 companies in overseas investment projects, established the development and investment strategies (M&A or organic), macroeconomic analysis at strategic level, M&A target listing, due diligence and valuation. Set up risk management systems and talent retention initiatives.
